At Vital Home Health Care, we understand how important it is for individuals to maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes. Our compassionate team of healthcare professionals delivers personalized services tailored to each client’s unique needs. With dedication, respect, and clinical expertise, we strive to enhance our clients’ quality of life while promoting dignity and well-being in every visit.
As a proud veteran-owned business, our mission is deeply personal. While serving in the military, I experienced firsthand the challenges families face when loved ones are placed in nursing homes. My great-grandfather suffered a fall and was admitted into a facility where the care he received was less than what he deserved. During that same time, my great-grandmother lost her eyesight, forcing both of them to leave the comfort of their home. Witnessing their struggles and the inadequate care they received lit a fire within me. I began taking care of them myself and discovered a calling helping families like mine ensure their loved ones receive the highest level of care.
This passion became my purpose, and in 2022, I founded Vital Home Health Care to provide compassionate, trustworthy, and reliable services for families seeking better options for their loved ones. Our foundation is built on the belief that every individual deserves to feel safe, respected, and cared for at home.

We provide customized care packages.
No two clients are the same which is why Vital Healthcare creates customized care plans which are tailored to the specific needs of each client. Whether you need short-term or long-term care, we can help. Our care packages are flexible and can change depending on you or your loved ones needs.

We provide different payment options.
We understand that paying for home care can be very costly, but at Vital Healthcare it does not have to be. We will work with you to find payment options based on your financial needs. We will work with your insurance company; or if you are a private pay client, we will work with you to come up with a payment plan that best suits your budget.

Vital Healthcare is working with the PA Department of Health Services and Allegheny County Health Department to continue to monitor the Covid-19 situation.
